Individuals who have their P.E. degree can apply to have their fitness theory course be considered for equivalency. If the teacher wishes to teach any of the practical modules they must follow ALL of the criteria as listed on the TFL application form except the 50 hours of apprenticeship. In lieu of the apprenticeship they must complete a 4 hour course tutorial with a TFL in the specialty module. For Pilates and Yoga PE teachers must complete all TFL requirements as listed on the application.
